Becoming a member of the Oklahoma Web Designers Network can be as valuable a resource as you make it. The "network" is just what the name implies - an interdependent group of individuals whose "whole is the greater than the sum of the parts." Here are just a few of the benefits we plan to offer as our group grows:

• Recognition as an Oklahoma web designer means you are more accessible to Oklahoma-based companies and individuals than designers from other geographical areas.
  
• You will have links to your website from the Oklahoma state-wide list of designers, the Oklahoma "Country" where your business resides, and specialty links pages (these are especially helpful if you target a particular industry or clientele).
   
• Access to "Members-only" chat room and bulletin board where you can participate in peer-to-peer discussions about issues with software, coding, marketing, etc., which can help you keep up with emerging technologies and techniques.
   
• Access to password-protected "Members-only" FTP site to exchange Oklahoma-related images means you won't have to travel all over the state to find just the "right image." You can even let other members know what types of images you are seeking for your clients.
  
• Periodic "get-togethers" for members where we can meet and greet each other and exchange ideas and learn from industry experts.
  
• Monthly newsletter introducing new members and information regarding the network - new features, etc.
